"House was clean and it was as described in listing.David and Phillip were great at communicating.The pool was a little too cold to get in but it was great to look at!The house was in a great location for what we were doing and everyone loved having their own room and TV!!"

"I asked to move rooms because the carpet was so gross on the first room I checked into and it smelled bad. The whole place needs TLC, updating, new flooring and paint. I used to attend monthly meetings here and had family stay at this hotel when they were in town. It's not what it used to be."

"This house was perfect for our stay, combining two families for a weeklong vacation in Tucson. The host was very responsive to messages. Check in and out were a breeze. The home was the cleanest rental I’ve ever been in. The kitchen was fully stocked allowing us to cook several meals at the house. There were beach towels and extra blankets. The washer and dryer worked well. The pool was awesome- really large and fun with the diving board. We ate a lot of meals outside in the large covered area. The only snafu was being told there was a 50 per day pool heating charge that wasn’t in the original listing. When the host was notified of this, the fee was waived. 10/10 would recommend "
