"I asked to move rooms because the carpet was so gross on the first room I checked into and it smelled bad. The whole place needs TLC, updating, new flooring and paint. I used to attend monthly meetings here and had family stay at this hotel when they were in town. It's not what it used to be."

"Room was ok. Bathroom trash had not been taken out from prior guest and had to asked front desk multiple times for towels for the pool area. We were told we could not have outside food or alcoholic beverages, however several other guest did and nothing was said to them at the pool. If this is policy, it would be nice to have it enforced accordingly and not to just a few guest. "

"Larry was an exceptional host. If you needed anything he was available with an immediate response. The house is like your own private resort. He obviously has a passion for making his vacation home the best. Thank you Larry!"

"We enjoyed our stay very much! Landscaping and backyard stunning. Inside quiet, clean, and peaceful. Easy to get to stores, downtown Tucson, and nearby parks. Saguaro east for sunset and Sabino Canyon for hike. Amazing!"

"This was place was horrible. An hour and a half late due to house not being ready and pool needed cleaning. Numerous issues including:1. broken bunkbed, had to drag out mattress and have a kid sleep on the floor2. floor was wet in that same room3. slider would not lock and had to resolve this issue numerous times. Forced to leave unlocked a couple of times.4. flooring was chipped and cupping up due to moisture.5. kitchen floor by the refrigerator was saturated and spongy. One section could be pushed down about an inch.6. the closet was not replenished with paper towels, napkins or enough garbage bags for our stay.7. kitchen utensils were inadequate.8. outdoor furniture was torn, shredded and not shaded by any umbrellas. We had to carry out dining room chairs:-(9. Indoor red chairs were uncomfortable due to padding was gone or compressed on 3 of the 4 chairs. The kitchen stools were unstable.10. the beds were very low to the floor, very uncomfortable to get into or out."

"This house was perfect for our stay, combining two families for a weeklong vacation in Tucson. The host was very responsive to messages. Check in and out were a breeze. The home was the cleanest rental I’ve ever been in. The kitchen was fully stocked allowing us to cook several meals at the house. There were beach towels and extra blankets. The washer and dryer worked well. The pool was awesome- really large and fun with the diving board. We ate a lot of meals outside in the large covered area. The only snafu was being told there was a 50 per day pool heating charge that wasn’t in the original listing. When the host was notified of this, the fee was waived. 10/10 would recommend "
