"I was at Viscount Suites from 4/8-4/11/2026. The room was ok for cleanliness but the furniture, bathroom fixtures, electrical outlets, TVs, and drapes are very much outdated. Everything in this hotel needs updated. The lights in the hallways are very dim."

"The hotel was okay. Furniture in our room had stains and the toilet was barely working properly. Has to hold the handle down during the entire flush cycle for it to actually flush. We didn't use any of the amenities or eat in the restaurant. We did have drinks in the lounge."

"Room was great! Very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was awesome, a lot to choose from. Parking lot was a little tricky to get into(google maps wasnt a big help honestly), but our experience was perfect! Will stay there again!"

"Older property in need of updating. Both breakfast and evening reception were not up to what I have come to expect from Embassy suites. Pool area was a nice size but the staff did not enforce the no outside alcohol, ice chests, loud music etc and the hot tub was taken over by 10+ people having their own party so nobody else could use it for hours. "

"This was place was horrible. An hour and a half late due to house not being ready and pool needed cleaning. Numerous issues including:1. broken bunkbed, had to drag out mattress and have a kid sleep on the floor2. floor was wet in that same room3. slider would not lock and had to resolve this issue numerous times. Forced to leave unlocked a couple of times.4. flooring was chipped and cupping up due to moisture.5. kitchen floor by the refrigerator was saturated and spongy. One section could be pushed down about an inch.6. the closet was not replenished with paper towels, napkins or enough garbage bags for our stay.7. kitchen utensils were inadequate.8. outdoor furniture was torn, shredded and not shaded by any umbrellas. We had to carry out dining room chairs:-(9. Indoor red chairs were uncomfortable due to padding was gone or compressed on 3 of the 4 chairs. The kitchen stools were unstable.10. the beds were very low to the floor, very uncomfortable to get into or out."

"Our host was super responsive and helpful! We loved being able to rest here on the long drive back home. Super comfy and cozy, with great amenities. :)"
