"Staff was nice. Put my senior dog on the second floor and the furthest away from a potty patch. Dissatisfaction. My dog doesn't do elevators????"

"This was place was horrible. An hour and a half late due to house not being ready and pool needed cleaning. Numerous issues including:1. broken bunkbed, had to drag out mattress and have a kid sleep on the floor2. floor was wet in that same room3. slider would not lock and had to resolve this issue numerous times. Forced to leave unlocked a couple of times.4. flooring was chipped and cupping up due to moisture.5. kitchen floor by the refrigerator was saturated and spongy. One section could be pushed down about an inch.6. the closet was not replenished with paper towels, napkins or enough garbage bags for our stay.7. kitchen utensils were inadequate.8. outdoor furniture was torn, shredded and not shaded by any umbrellas. We had to carry out dining room chairs:-(9. Indoor red chairs were uncomfortable due to padding was gone or compressed on 3 of the 4 chairs. The kitchen stools were unstable.10. the beds were very low to the floor, very uncomfortable to get into or out."

"Beautiful home in great location. We absolutely loved the bright colored paintings throughout the house. The pool Is not heated but the kiddos loved it! Location is perfect, near restaurants, Walgreens and mall. The home was clean had all accommodations needed as well. The only issue we had was the WiFi kept freezing and kept kicking us out the while we tried to do movie night with the kids. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This is the most well-organized house I've ever rented. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the house worked well for a group of 5 women. I really appreciated the extras in the kitchen: oil & vinegar, some spices, coffee filters, paper towels, things like that. "
