"Communication with host was great. He took care of all of our requests without any hassles. Fee for heating the hot tub was reasonable and he had it set to the time schedule we asked for. Plenty of food choices close by and easy grocery shopping right across the street. We will look to stay again when we come to another event at the race track. Thanks!!"

"Our stay in Rita Ranch was the perfect spot for this trip. Our accommodations were just as seen in photos and even more delightful upon arrival. Our hosts could not have thought through any more special details, including small extras, to make our stay feel like "home". The kitchen was well stocked and beyond what I needed for vacation. The house was close to many parks, national and state, to keep us busy for 5 weeks. The highway up to the airport, downtown Tucson, Phoenix and Scottsdale was very helpful as we used it frequently. Simple town with simple restaurants and easy shopping just down the street with fast food options. Communication with the host was 5-star and almost always replied within the day...if not hour! The pool was beautiful as was the setting in the backyard, but due to cooler temps only went in up to my knees which was fine! Toward the end of our stay...we were tempted to see if we could extend for 2 more weeks! I highly recommend this house for short or extended stays. Enjoy!"

"We had a wonderful time. The house was very spacious and comfortable. My kids loved the game room and the pool. The back yard was huge and we spent most of our time out there. We can't wait to come back!"

"The property manager did a great job communicating with us, but we were unable to resolve a significant issue, even after he had people come clean the house during our stay. When we checked in, and started to unpack our belongings, we noticed a smell of urine. The smell came from the master bedroom and was more potent the more we turned on the fan. Dewayne was great to communicate with and did all that he could to remediate the urine smell, including sending cleaners mid week, but the smell never went away. We were staying at the property during the March Heatwave of 100 degree days, and it got worse as each day progressed. I would stay here again, if, and a BIG IF, the smell was remediated. The house was great other than the smell in the master bedroom. "
