"Staff were friendly. Location was convenient. Room was average in condition at best, the laminate floor was swollen and very noisy, the smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag, meaning this created a health and safety risk. The bathroom was not very clean, dirty grout, cracked floor tile, corroded fixtures and something brown smeared on the tiles. "

"The towels had a weird smell to them, and the room was not really taken care of. The area around it was probably the best thing about this place, right next to Turnham station, easy to get access to all over London "

"Bit of a delay booking in due being new owners. Overall room and location were ideal for what we wanted. Host were pleasant. "

"Quiet neighborhood, and relatively close to public transit. Checking in was easy. Had to share both bathrooms with other guests, sometimes it gets a bit tricky. Had some minor issues with mirror and toilet seat in one of the bathrooms. Mirror was added within 48 hours. Overall, great value for the money!"
