"Excellent stay. The staff was really helpful. we really liked the location and it's proximity to multiple tube stations and the Tower of London. The breakfast was excellent, overall we'd definitely recommend this hotel to families."

"Generally would be a solid hotel, but in the summer months in a heat wave in London, it's really tough to give a good review when the 5th floor rooms are hotter than outside and the air conditioning barely works."
