"Amazing stay at the Gainsborough in Bath. Love the complimentary access to the Thermal Bath Spa at the hotel itself and it’s a really nice spa/bath area. Everything was super close by and in walking distance. Great rooms, great staff and really enjoyed our stay"

"Superb location in the centre of bath with everything within easy walking distance. Hotel was undergoing renovations while we stayed so we used the side door as did others. Unfortunately this door does not have a soft close so we had to listen to the door banging closed late at night and early morning. Otherwise a very nice stay in a well presented room. "

"This is a really nice Holiday inn Express with absolutely excellent staff. We were met by a very nice person, the room was clean and the house keepers very helpful. Best were the bar staff who served cheerfully at all times to a large, slightly drunk, group of rugby supporters. If I go to Cardiff Principality Stadium again this is where I am staying!"
