"The room was very clean. Easy access to the hotel from the Margate train station, literally right next door. Checking in using the kiosk was difficult as we were coming from another country. Once we found a staff member they were able and to manually check us in. There was no iron, mini refrigerator or safe in the room, which was disappointing. However the beach is directly across the road and the town of Margate is extremely walkable."
"Staff was very friendly. Only 1 picnic table to sit at outside, the grass hadn’t been cut at all, no one used it. Room very basic, no tissues, facecloth, microwave or fridge. T.V. only had a few channels and the volume wouldn’t go past 15. If window is open it was hard to hear. Grocery store about 10 minute walk, ocean about 20 minutes."
"Hotel was unique in that its sits into a hillside off by itself. Its a nice stay but a big negative was that the elevator was not working so had to go up 3 flights of stairs with luggage. The hotel staff were all very friendly."

Petit conseil pratique si vous voyagez à deux : pensez à demander un deuxième set de serviettes à la réception à votre arrivée, car un seul set est fourni par défaut."
"Absolute Hitze, weil Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte. Fenster ging nur minimal zu öffnen. Der Tischlüfter brachte kaum, bzw, eigentlich keine Kühlung. Wir konnten so kaum schlafen. Gottseidank war es nur eine Nacht. Tische im Restaurant waren dreckig."
