Restored our faith in UK B&B !!

We had a wonderful stay, Keith & Yvonne were fantastic, we even had a few pints in their pub in the evening. They sorted parking out for us and made us feel really welcome. The full English breakfast was perfect.

What a lovely little guest house. Very clean and great breakfast 👌 the owners Yvonne and Keith couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect. If you want a drink in a different kind of pub, they also run the Quirky Den down Grape Street, really friendly pub and definitely Quirky

Lovely area, rooms were basic but perfectly adequate for what we wanted and paid. Breakfast was very good. Only downside is that if you are on the top floor be prepared for a steep climb.

Yvonne and Keith are very accommodating and run a excellent Guest House. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was first class with many options to meet everyone’s needs. I’ve no hesitation to book again.

Very helpful professional staff seem to attract guests that know how to behave and communicate. I was able to watch the dolphins in the sea from a position on the cliff within 200 yards of the hotel

The Europa was easy to find and we parked right outside it, we were given a warm welcome and all the required information about keys / breakfast etc, our room was lovely and spacious, it was scrupulously clean as was the bathroom and had everything you could want. The bed was comfortable and we both had a good nights sleep, plenty of hot water in the shower and the breakfast was delicious. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and if back in Whitby I will certainly like to return.

Quite a Gem/Lucky find.

Easy to find. Clean and tidy. Friendly owners. Very comfortable bed and well sound proof (couldn't tell we had a torrential downpour outside). Amazing Breakfast that just keeps coming.... Lots of variety and plenty of Yorkshire Tea. 4 day parking scratchcard can be purchased (£10) to allow parking in the area. Only issue in the whole process was their phone number wasn't up to date on Hotels.com when I booked.

Disappointed

Stayed 2 nights, good location, clean room and comfortable sleep. Friendly owners but dated accommodation. No latch to keep window open in room. Disappointing breakfast - didn’t cater appropriately for a vegetarian gluten-free breakfast, despite paying full rate there was no gluten-free cereal, no fruit (despite being listed on website and on in-room info sheet) and was advised to bring own g/f bread. Accommodation providers should ensure an inclusive experience for all its guests. Not the best value.

Lovely guest house
