"I loved this hotel. They had a pool and whirlpool, which is awesome! Breakfast was really good. One day they had French toast, chicken sausage, eggs, potatoes and cold items. The staff are friendly. Room was very clean, just not super updated. They also have a coin-operated washer and dryer. Great area! So green and pretty. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel although just for one night. The hotel was everything that other reviewers on Hotels. com mentioned; exceptionally clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good with a variety of choices available and coffee in the lobby was exceptional (rich and not watered down...even the decaf!) One piece of constructive feedback: I have arthritis and very small hands. I had difficulty with the squeeze bottles in the bathroom for lotion, soap, etc...perhaps this could be looked at; also as my husband was with me he was able to assist and I did not need to request any assistance from Guest Services. We would definitely visit this hotel again if we are in the Chicopee area. "

"Two elderly ladies traveling around and it’s always pleasant when we have such a restful Secure stop. The General Manager came out to greet us personally and helped with a dinner suggestion. Our room was immaculate shower was piping hot bedding was comfy. We’d come again!"
