What this hotel lacks in updates it makes up for in customer service and convenience. This is indeed a 3.5 star hotel decor wise and there are some older dropped ceilings and rugs in some rooms but for this location, everything else can’t be beat.

It's a beautiful hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. We didn't feel as though we were staying in a hotel chain ... because we weren't. We plan to visit again just because we love the hotel and we love to visit Northampton.
