"The staff were great and so welcoming to my 3 year old with colouring books, crayons, and a book library. She was so happy. The hotel was extremely comfortable and clean with all types of amenities. Overnight parking was a reasonable price. We had a lovely time"

"Room was perfect, very good for the price. Comfortable beds, beautiful clean bathroom. I only have 3 small moans. 1-Getting to the reception area was hard as neither the lift or door to the stairs were able to be opened/used without a key card. We had to jump in the lift as someone else was getting out. 2- couldn't find the car park, it's not at all signposted, I drove up and down broad street before I gave up and parked in brinley place. I wasn't the only who couldn't find the car park. 3- there was no one working in the kitchen through the night with minimal staff at the desk, those that were at the desk were very busy checking in late guests. There was a concert at the utilita arena which alot of guests that night attended including us. A few of us were disappointed that there wasn't a full menu and had to settle for pizza or toasties, even though it's meant to be a 24/7 service. . May I suggest that when there's a big event in the city you put more staff on those days? The staff handle things really well I think. Oh and the breakfast was great! Plenty of optionwill definitely stay again "

"Excellent modern hotel,quick check in, good bar and restaurant, excellent rooms and normal tv channels. The only thing I could improve for myself would be a toilet cleaning brush in the bathroom.....but that must be a company decision and there was no way I could do it myself, so perhaps a plus , less work for me. An excellent night's sleep too."

"The hotel was great but the parking was an issue as it is not easy to find. The breakfast was very good also with a nice selection to choose from. It also well located with lots to do within a very short walk"

"This trip was booked for an exhibition with 2 colleagues. Because I made the booking I was upgraded to a suite which was lovely and spacious with a balcony overlooking the canal and the city. This was a lovely room. The only downside was even as residents we were not allowed a drink after 10pm except on the Thursday night when we were served because there was a private party. We mentioned this to the bar manager who stated they were being served because they had booked the room until 11pm. I pointed out to him that between myself and my 2 colleagues we had booked rooms for 12 nights at a cost of £2,000"
