"Very bad parking situation in the hotel, I paid for parking and was unable to park. The gym was very dated and the staff were not the most helping."

"الحمام منفصل ولا يوجد شطاف "

"All staff were very helpful, polite and happy, the breakfast buffet selection was plentiful and varied, the location of this hotel is brilliantly placed and I would definitely return"

"Not the best experience- had had an issue with an old credit card on the booking which the receptionist went on and one about at check in. Very little sound proofing so sleep was interrupted by the noise from the row of bars downstairs. This was then further exacerbated by both coffee machines in the breakfast room being out of service. Room was a decent size though"

"I stayed for one night. The check in and check out were super easy and everything was explained. The apartment had everything you needed. Ironing board and all. I have already booked my next stay as the location is next door to the Mailbox and a 5 minute walk from New Street."

"لم اقم بتسجيل الدخول حيث ان الموقع لم ارتاح له رغم انه قريب من السوق نوعا ما،، وكذلك لايوجد مكتب استقبال فقط رقم للتواصل مع موظفه لاستلام المفتاح،، لذا رغبت بعدم السكن"

"Turned up and the hotel was shut. Closed down. No prior warning at all"

"It was in a great location. It was wonderful to be able to do laundry mid trip and there was a grocery store right down the street!"

"Very clean and spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Very well positioned for the ICC and arena"
