Patricia at reception was wonderful, proactively helpful and informed, she knew exactly what to do even though maintenance were not yet available. She was swift and attentive andbcame straight to the room and fixed the problem on the weekday morning, without me having to wait for maintenance. "

"The apartment is nice, but you have to go to a shop to collect the keys which is a 15 minute walk round trip with your luggage to get them and then return them at the end of the stay. I am sure a more local solution could be found. Apartment was fairly clean, but some big cobwebs e.g. near the plant in the lounge. They could do with looking at how much crockery and glass wear they have as it is certainly not 6 of everything, glasses particularly. We had to go find the bedding for the sofa...

"Not impressed at all by property Too many complaints to list here although email to owners have highlighted all issues ie: springy mattresses, holes in walls, stale smoke smell, no spoons, half used toiletries left - the list goes on. With some work doing and small changes made it has potential. Felt more like student accommodation rather than a premiere apartment.
