"Everything was great but wished the bartender was more personable as he could have made a lot of money for both the hotel and for himself. He had zero sense of urgency, didn’t acknowledge even as he looked at us. Super slow to get a drink. The breakfast food was cold, a lot of the serving dishes were empty. Empty coffee. I’m not sure where the customer service has gone. A little more help may be required especially when it comes to interacting with the customers."

"Hotel and room were clean and nice. The breakfast was very disappointing. Food was not good. Ended at 9:00AM during the week and 10:00AM on the weekends. Not convenient if you are on a relaxing vacation. Would consider a cheaper hotel and go out for a good breakfast."

"The room was fine except for the stained banquette by the television. Was afraid to put my luggage on it. And the bathtub plumbing was really bad, had to call maintenance to figure out how to get the shower to stop working when the tub was turned on. The staff tried, lord knows they tried. One of the air conditions was out in the adjoining restaurant, but they kept things going with one air conditioner. Otherwise, it was very nice, I enjoyed the television and I felt safe in the room. But the hotel needs a bit of an upgrade to the bathrooms"
