"This was an awkward hotel stay for us. We arrived around 8:30 pm to check in. Our room appeared to be exactly what we had reserved but after getting unpacked and settled we realized the shower was broken. They had no more rooms available and the staff was super quick to swap us over to another hotel. However, I found it odd that there was no compensation for the inconvenience of changing hotels.
