Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht. The property was spacious enough to easily accommodate the 12 people in our party, and it's location allowed easy access to Solothurn as well as access via train to skiing in the Alps. Vinzenz was very easy to communicate with and helpful leading up to the stay, providing information on local events and attractions.
