"Overall the hotel is very good, clean, the staff are very helpful and quick in completing the check in, the breakfast had great variety and the Chef is always around checking on all tables asking if everything is up to expectations and provide an overview of the food while noting that special sections of the buffet are made for food intolerance, there is also a section specially made for small kids with small tables. The room was clean, the bed sheets are white, clean and had no smell at all, the AC is working perfectly. I can not find a single thing to complain about and very grateful for making my stay at Makkah fully focused on the main purpose of may stay. I remembered to pray for the staff and owners of this hotel as they are part of making this a relaxing experience 🙏"
