"Very enjoyable experience altogether. The room was clean and the staff was hospitable. I enjoyed using the pool and the breakfast was very appetizing. If I were to visit Charlotte again, it would be hard not to come back to this particular location."

"The main reason we came to this hotel is because of Letitia. (Sorry if I got the man wrong) but she was the BEST! Shuttle van came and picked us up right at 4:15pm. American Airlines is the worse. They are the reason we’re stuck there. The room wasn’t clean, our refrigerator still had food in it and pills on the counter. We were so exhausted we didn’t care to say anything. Thanks again Letitia for your great customer service."

"55$ a night to park was horrendous and I worked all my adult life in NYC. Staff should be briefed on local events like the 10K race as everyone we asked had no idea what streets were being closed and how or even if it would impact our departure last Sunday. Other than those two things it was a great place and location and I would stay there again but I would plan to not park there. That fee is ridiculous."
