"My family and I booked at this hotel in December 2020 for a wedding inJuly 2022. Was told by hotel that they didn't take monies for rooms at time of booking. Received email in March 2022 that our accommodations could not be honored due to University of Pittsburgh had taken over the hotel. So never got chance to stay at hotel. Very disappointing"

"Everything seemed clean & up to date. Very friendly service though I wish check in had been faster. This is true at most hotels (why can't it be more automated?) but it took over 20 min, which is no fun when you just want to get some sleep. Also like most hotels, no EV charger, but a 110v outdoor outlet at least (almost useless). It's time for hotels to fix this! How hard is it to provide some 220v outlets, at a minimum. Breakfast was standard fare, scrambled eggs were typically disappointing...
