"The breakfast was very good including the coffee (not everyone has good coffee). There is plenty of off street parking in a secure and well lit parking lot behind the building. There are actually 2 buildings and one appears to be all suites. I suggest you request a room in the suite building. You might also request a room towards the back of the building as street noise could be an issue for those who are light sleepers. Finally, if you plan to visit the wineries in the area plan to do so early...

"Great stay at the William Penn. lots to do in the area. We were in town to see a baseball game and it was an easy walk to PNC Park. The hotel Is beautiful. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Everyone was very friendly. We would definitely stay again."

"A beautiful gem! This historic mansion turned boutique hotel is adorable. The original stained glass and carved wood grand staircase are breath taking. Keep in mind this is a 19th Century home, so the floors are creaky and the walls are thin, but there aren't that many rooms so it's not super busy. My only negative comment would be the ability for the room to cool down. It was a little stuffy and in our room the vent really only cooled the sitting area and not where our bed was located. "Went for my husbands 40th to catch a game. The hotel staff was very kind, the room was super clean, and the location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. "

"The owner & staff were very helpful, friendly & polite. They are under renovation so I did hear some noise. I would have liked having a longer hot shower- only had hot water for about 4-5 minutes. Also, would have liked to see a little more offered at the breakfast, like something easy to take with me instead of having to sit there to make waffles & eat there."
