The hotel I has implemented processes during school holidays to minimise the noise & disruption of children in the pool area which is much better."

She said she would email to ke however I haven't received it and it's been more than 24 hrs. Otherwise the hotel was nice. The carpets need cleaning. The restaurants around the property are very good."

Slight stain on the bedsheets, and the shower was okay. There was no mention before booking that you had to pay to park on the property. 30 dollars a night. Would stay again for one night only. Staff was very helpful and kind! Front desk took care of us with a great attitude."

"What a shame everything was excellent until we returned to the hotel at 10:30pm in a taxi and couldn’t get a response from the intercom to get into the drop off area and to enter the hotel. I had to phone the hotel and get them to pick up and raise the gate. This part was not 5 star. Only blemish on what was a very good overnight stay. "
