"They denied us the room due to my medical alert service dog. They claimed it was a pet even with my paper work, certificates and vest! Worse they lied to hotel.com claiming they would give us the room for an extra $100 and refused refund. We reserved and arrived less than 24 hrs later and we lost a room we did not use almost $400. They said my service dog was unsanitary to the other guests and refused us entry. At 9pm at night we had to find another hotel! Horrible experience "

"The property was beautiful, and the best was the customer service. The property had security. The facility had a restaurant and bar. The food was great, and the bartenders were terrific. The menu had a great selection and food was delicious. Scarlet and the rest of the staff were very attentive to one's needs. Scarlet was a Blessing. "This time of my stay the food at the lunch buffet was better than usually. Only downside of my stay was that at the late hours it is hard to get waiters attention at the pool area. They are disappeared or busy with other errands. But overall the staff is as helpful and courteous as usual. Only the taxi drivers provided by hotel are good for nothing. They are useless sharks. Much better taxi options in the front of neighboring Casino."
