"The location is nice right next to crossgates mall, but when I arrived they switched to a double queen size room when I ordered and paid for a king size bed. To be fair, they attempted to call me to tell me that the king size room wasn’t available but honestly, if it wasn’t available then it shouldn’t have been available to rent out. "Property was nicely maintained. There were not much options in breakfast and there was lack of vegetarian options as well. Expedia mentioned that parking was included, but parking is off site paid parking across the street. Overall it was an ok stay for us."

"The shower caulking was gross- room 347. It was a quick overnight to catch a flight so not much of a stay-BUT…. The bed is very springy and uncomfortable. To feel springs in my side was annoying! Pillows were squishy but then flattened out! Overall, Not what I expected from a Hilton hotel chain at all!! 😏"

"Great staff"

"Staff was very friendly and hotel was very clean. Noon check was great too! No rush to check out."
