"Hello… another stay at BW… it was a pleasant stay. Friendly checkin staff. Breakfast staff was not so pleasant she was not helpful and for starting the day the supplies weren’t fully stocked and when I asked her for a hard boiled egg she said they are full I took the empty container and she was well… Everyone else is kind and caring, guess if you work the morning you need to be awake and pleasant.. where was get customer service? "There are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed...our tv kept acting up, our toilet nearly overflowed, two drawers would not stay closed, and the ice machine on our floor was out of order all three days. Friendly staff, good breakfast, but a little disappointed since I had stayed here before and chose it because of my good experience back in June."

"good"

"This is a good option at a good price. The hotel in general is a little dated, but I'm not sure I am willing to pay double the price for a newer/remodeled facility. In general, a really good value for what you get."

"Breakfast on Friday was over too soon"

"The HVAC unit was really noisy."

"I absolutely loved everything about our stay! The front desk ladies were amazing, and I can’t say enough nice things about them. The room and entire hotel were very clean, and breakfast was wonderful. Kudos to the kitchen staff! My only disappointment was the hot tub. I specifically booked this hotel because of the hot tub, breakfast and lastly location. Had I known the hot tub had just come out of construction and wasn’t fully functioning or up to its full potential, I would have chosen another...

"Fireplace, jacuzzi, breakfast were all bonuses for our stay!"

"Interior of hotel smelt bad. Bed was firm. Was directed to change rooms and when I tried to do that the staff didn’t know why I was directed to change rooms. So I packed up all my belongings during my stay and made myself available to do a room change for nothing."

"After checking in and going to the room we noticed the TV was not in working order. When we called the desk we were told “oh yea.. so… there is an issue with the TV service in almost all rooms and nothing I can do to help you” we were told to speak to the manager in the morning to get what we were promised a $25 credit to be told they could not. Buyer beware !! We should have been told this prior to even giving my card to complete the process"

"The staff were so helpful, accommodating, and kind! They went above and beyond and I am so appreciative of them. Really made my stay here an absolute pleasure. Thanks again for going above and beyond!"
