"I liked that the hotel was all re done inside but in my own opinion the rooms have a weird laylout and were tiny. The fact that they are all re done makes it nice but if that was not the case I would not care for this hotel. It’s set off on its own island so have to drive into area with food and stores, they also offer transportation. In my opinion the website makes it look better than it is. Tiny gym but does the job. "We liked the location of this property- right on Thames Street and within walking distance of the Newport sites. It was also very quiet at night and I slept like a rock! We appreciated the full kitchen and washer/dryer, complimentary beach towels, and there was plenty of room for our family of 5. We would definitely stay there again!"

"The property consists of two rental units but this fact is not obvious from the pictures on the website. We did not get the rooftop deck with a view of the harbor. That belongs to the other unit. The sewer pipes are enclosed in the paper-thin walls of the first floor bedroom of our unit so every time someone flushes the toilet, uses the sink, takes a shower, you can hear water flowing through the pipes followed by loud clanging sound. Along with the loud music, people talking, chairs scraping...
