Great location, little run down

Location was great, felt like it was getting run down. Had a couple tennis courts in back, completely over grown. The shower water pressure was terrible, the bed were little firm. Over all it worked for our needs, but it it needs a renovation of it's to continue. The room was dated. I am not sure I'd book again.

We Liked that there was a bar onsite. We loved the hot tub and loved being right on the water!! The staff was very nice and helpful!! Its was a great stay!

It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room.

The location of the property was great; The pool and jacuzzi were the highlights of our stay. The buildings, and rooms are very outdated and run down. The heat was not so easy to navigate... there was no fitness center. and the shuttle to town was not available on Saturday.

Nice location

Spacious units in an unbeatable waterfront location 10minutes from town. Only wished their free shuttle was offered during our stay. It was off-season so parking wasn’t an issue.

Awful and misleading

Stayed Feb/March 2025. No heat coming out, unit 45 deteriorated, all website pictures the big old hotel next to it which leads you to believe that’s where your staying, hole in the siding with squirrels running on and out . Was repaired on the inside with a piece of wood,black mold on the window , pool out of order , spiral staircase to go to second floor bedroom very dangerous!

Good views if you get it

I requested room with view. I had view of rocks. Inside room was very clean and nice. A bit cold and its requested you keep heat to 68. Outside of building needs alot of work. Very poorly maintained. This site wont let you add photos but not surprising. Ill post in google.

The view was beautiful, and the room was huge, but it’s listed as a hotel so we were expecting the usual amenities (all actually listed on Expedia) - like shampoo and extra toilet paper - however it turns out this is more of a timeshare, so that was not provided. The hot tub was out of order, and we had a small ant problem at night - the ants would disappear during the day, but in the early morning we found a line of ants (luckily all our food was covered and sealed).

The property is old and tired. We had an infestation of ants in one of the bathrooms as well as issues with televisions. Interesting when you check in there are small pass holes with attendants behind Plexiglass? Maybe they haven't gotten word Covid crisis has ended? The property needs some TLC

Horrible resort - nothing functioning

Horrible trip ! I was never informed until physically checking in, that not only was the on-site restaurant closed but the shuttle to downtown was not operating - this was the reason we selected this resort - to safely attend the Saint Patrick’s day parade. Also hot tub broken and pool temperature very cold. The kitchen faucet sprayed out from the sprayer and soaked me. I am disgusted with this trip and really pissed off !!!

Cozy Condo with Gas Fireplace & Comfy Beds!

Very good stay- very nice, comfortable and clean 2 bedroom condo. Good information on unit features, etc. Only downside was the hot water was incredibly slow to begin flowing in kitchen, bath sink and bath shower on main level. There was no communication about this so it was learning by experience. Main floor bedroom, very small and really only for a solo person or a child, but the bed was comfortable which is all that matters when only there for a night or two. The property back stairwells could be lit better and the continental breakfast offerings were only on Tuesdays and Thursdays which is strange when many renters come just for a weekend. Also encountered a snafu at check-out with a woman who was in-training. Hoping that has worked itself out by the time my credit card statement comes. Otherwise, really a nice stay. Fireplace in unit was amazing and provided a nice cozy warmth to the place!
