"This was a stunning home, located in the best spot. Walking distance to the lake and we even had a bit of a lake view! The check in/check out process was seamless, and the house came with everything we needed. The house was clean, spacious and had such a great layout for a weekend with friends. We will definitely be back!"

"We had a lovely stay at this cozy house in Carnelian Bay. The house was clean and well equipped, and though we were warned by other reviews about street noise, it really only impacted the king bedroom upstairs. My husband and I use earplugs and/or ambient sound when sleeping and it was not an issue for us personally. I texted Kathleen about the icy driveway our first morning in town (it had been plowed the day before but there was subsequent snowfall which froze overnight) and within hours a handyman had cleared and salted the driveway for us. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks, Kathleen!"

"It was difficult to get the key out of the lock box. A coded door should be installed. There was no key to the pier as promised. The place wasn’t very clean. There was a film all over the countertops. The heat doesn’t work properly. The downstairs bedroom never got warm and the fan didn’t work on the living room unit. It wasn’t too cold yet but I would not stay here in the winter. There were plenty of towels and a well stocked kitchen. The bathroom was warm and clean. The beds were not comfortable. The location is great and the hot tub was a highlight. "
