"On arrival we were greeted at the bar by a lovey gentleman whose name I believe was Wayne, he was very welcoming and great fun to talk to. The check in process was very easy and the room was everything we wanted. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in the town centre. The food and service at the pub was great, certainly no complaints and we were very pleased to find “trickles” on the menu, something me and my partner were both very excited to try and they didn’t disappoint "

"Ideal hotel for early flights or in my case late arrival. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming and room was clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast again friendly staff and nicely laid out sitting areas. "

"The hotel is beautiful Victorean property. The location is idyllic between the hills. The only issue was the narrow entrance and the lack of parking due to the tour buses the used 4 parking spots. Other than that, the hotel was a hit. I would definitely stay again. "
