"Fabulous stay at Cherrywood Lodge. Great location just 5 minutes walk into Looe and free onsite secure parking meant we were able to leave the car alone all weekend. Fantastic breakfasts every day - super choices and great freshly baked bread and home-made jam/marmalades. Hosts excellent. Room top notch - comfy bed/pillows - well furnished with sitting area and great ensuite facilities. Just a prefect getaway weekend - thank you Anne and Ralph for making us feel so welcome."

"Very basic apartment, needs a good cleaning, towels and linen are nowhere near luxury, towels are old and do not even match. Main bedroom has nice bed, other two twin beds are not very comfortable for adults, Large burner on stove does not work, so if planning on cooking any meals, plan around that. No bath mat or tea towels, no garbage bags, or toilet paper, bring everything! One major disappointment is that from the description of Deck/Patio one would assume you had one, but you do not. "Hotel staff were friendly and views from bar and restaurant were lovely,however our room was not worth what we paid. The room was very old and in need of refurbishment as for the view a building was over looking our window . Very disappointed "
