Coombe Farm
5/5 Excellent
"The rooms we had were set in a beautiful setting in the countryside but only a short drive to Looe and main roads to other parts of Cornwall. We went to Padstow for a day which was about a hours drive . We had the Lily Lovedays room which was very clean and modern and the Peacocks Perch with more traditional furnishings. The bathroom was a little tired looking in Peacocks Perch but this would not stop me returning to the property. Tea and coffee was supplied with longline milk and there is crockery supplied in the room if you purchase food elsewhere. However there is NO facilities to prepare food. As previously suggested a mini fridge to store fresh milk and a toaster would be handy for breakfast. I was aware of this beforehand so again it wouldn't stop me returning to the property.
Gemma the owner made us feel very welcome and kept in touch throughout our stay to see if we needed anything.
The surroundings are absolutely stunning and you are greeted with peacocks in the grounds . We would definitely return if we decide to return to this area of Cornwall again."
