"I stayed for 2 nights here. Air-conditioner was a little noisy and not very cold. As I arrived late that night, I complained about this to the Front office the next day. They promptly offered me a much better room. I requested for an iron and ironing board and to my surprise, was informed that they dont have portable irons and provide laundry service. "I booked for 5 nights & on the first night itself I had to change the room. The bathroom had a leak right above the toilet. The second room had bad aircon, changed again & the third room didn't have door lock to the balcony. Changed again, this time the main door look was not working. Mini refrigerators in all 4 rooms were stinking. 2 days they couldn't provide me with the bottled water. The room was never cleaned properly,"
