The staff across were nice and courteous and always helpful - house keeping, restaurant, room service, support staff and front office. The rooms were spacious and nice, and of course the breakfast buffet too! Was a pleasant stay and would love to come back again. "

"The staff were great and the rooms cleaned well each day. The building though is a little dated and could do with remodeling. Outside was dirty and chaotic like most of Jakarta but this is not the fault of the hotel. Probably wont visit Jakarta again but if I did I would stay and the Menara Peninsular again."
