"Friendly and accommodating staff. I see the $30 daily parking fee as a bit unfair. We are paying to stay at your hotel . Isn't that enough revenue ? It wasn't until we checked out that I learned we were also charged $45 a day as a security deposit . Knowing we did no damage to the property, I asked if I had that money coming back to me and I wasn't told I was. Waiting to see if the money is returned to me via my card."

"We really enjoyed this room — lots of space, great storage, robes, awesome shower. Also, the modern touch controlled lighting and curtain drawers (controllable from bed) are really super. The staff were super friendly, and the breakfasts were wonderful. We’ll definitely stay here again if we come back to Nashville."
