"This was our first day here at their Nashville location and it was absolutely excellent! It was situated in a very convenient spot in Nashville. The service and staff were amazing. The restaurant was excellent! Loved the rooftop! Overall five stars! Beautiful beautiful property!"

"No coffee and was told to charge the coffee to the room but still got charged for some of it. Had to ask for maid service for 2 days. Great room but otherwise this hotel is not worth it"

"Excellent property in a quiet location. Staff were all friendly and helpful"

"Everything was perfect. Check in was easy. The staff member at the desk was awesome and so friendly. Actually all of the staff were very welcoming. The room was perfect and walking distance to Broadway and Bridgestone Arena. I will definitely stay again"

"As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the valet staff. The check-in experience was equally wonderful, with friendly smiles and excellent service. Everything about our stay was perfect. We truly enjoyed our experience and felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended!"
