"Stayed for three nights. Requested twin beds and they were pretty comfortable. Arrived at room and a maintenance man was in it trying to unplug the toilet. After that all was good. It had a kettle and a fridge which was handy. Access to a taxi via the concierge was handy and they were gracious. The hallways were a bit noisy in the morning. I think it was staff having a chat before starting…not really sure. Close to shopping and dining was a big plus. Walked from Paddington but cabbed it back to Paddington as it was a bit too far with luggage. Thanks for a nice stay."

"This hotel was in an amazing location for first time travelers to London. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The cafe in the lobby was very convenient with friendly staff and delicious food and drinks. Would highly recommend staying here for any type of traveler to London. "

"The stay was great. The hotel is very nice the people are very helpful and the location is perfect. If I could make a suggestion it would be better water pressure in shower and safer way to get in and out of shower tub it’s quite high for some people "
