When I recently had issues with the AC, I was swiftly upgraded to another room in the hotel. Travelled to London in August the last 3 years…each stay has been at this beautiful Townhouse."

"The hotel is under going a major refurbishment but this did not affect us. The location of this hotel is great with brilliant transport links and close to shops and lovely places for food. As for all major cities there is crime so keep your phone out of sight at all times. Its just sensible in a large city. "
