"Friendly staff and they were always available. The room was clean and comfortable to stay and sleep. The beds were super comfortable too. The washroom was spacious and very clean also. The hotel's location is perfect because everything around is within walking distance and to get to Byward market or the Rideau mall or to the Parliament, it is about a 20 minute walk. It is far away enough to get some peace and quiet moments but close enough to areas to enjoy the rush of downtown life."

"The building is older, but it is well kept. Our room was in great condition. Very clean. Bathroom was new and spotless. Very responsive staff. There were towels only for two people, but we just asked for more - no problem. I will definitely go back."
