"Stay was excellent, staff at check in and out were great and friendly, we got in very late but staff assured all were good. One remark though- Security deposit of $50 were not released until now which is three complete weeks yet it’s not refunded so am not happy about this long wait process. Today is 5/26, my stay was on 5/10."

"Stay was good. Comfortable hotel, good location, great place to stay when flying out. Airplanes going to and from airport were loud and consistent all night though. Hotel is outdated and lady at front desk was not very friendly. "

"I recently stayed two nights in Chicago and split my time between this hotel and another popular brand near ORD airport—and hands down, this property was the clear winner. I have not experienced many hotels that are this well-maintained. The place was pristine from top to bottom. The check-in staff were fine, but what really stood out was the property itself—absolutely stunning. Everything was modern, spotless, and exactly as advertised on the hotel’s page. The bathroom, in particular, was incredible—spacious, sleek, and immaculately clean. I was in a rush and didn’t get a chance to take photos, but it looked just like the pictures. I called the front desk for a few amenities, and they delivered them almost immediately, which I really appreciated. The entire stay was comfortable and relaxing, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the hotel. Overall, I had an excellent experience and will definitely be choosing Westin more often from now on. Highly recommend!"
