"The rooms were fantastic! Very updated, clean and comfortable. The pillows were perfect! The only complaint that I had was one night of our stay the person in the room directly next to us literally blasted music the ENTIRE night (obviously not the hotels fault). However, the front desk worker gave me a little bit of a hard time in the beginning because she only called the person instead of walking up to witness the insanity herself. Ended with my husband having to go down there at 4am, which didn’t even help much because they couldn’t get the person to stop without calling the cops, which they didn’t want to do. It was frustrating but management handled it well. They refunded us one night of our trip and wouldn’t let the person rebook. We appreciated the gesture!"
