"Nettes kleines Hotel direkt am Meer."

"Lovely little boutique hotel run by super friendly hosts. The rooms are quite something and the place is chock full of eccentric vintage finds, it has real character. We had a deep, luxurious bath in our room and the vintage glass bottle of bubble bath was a nice touch. We had the breakfast (veggie continental) one morning and it was delicious, lots of fresh little picky bits to eat and drink. It’s up on the cliffs with a lovely view of the abbey but still an easy walk into town. Just sad we...

"Very nice apartment convenient for local attractions. Walking distance of Whalebone Arch. If, like me, you don’t have a var, it's within walkin distance of supermarket, local tourist bus which goes to all local attractions, including the Abbey. "no heating for half the holiday, and took us half a day to get it sorted, had to be in whilst the engineer turned up. ruined the weekend. the apparment itself was ok with some very interesting stains on the soft furnishings. "

"The room was clean. A bit dated some mould in the bathroom not very good as my daughter's asthma. Did not complain cuz it was the only family room they had."

"Only thing wrong was we didn’t stay long enough. We loved this little cottage. It’s a beautiful little home away from home. Whitby was fantastic as well. Wish we’d known ahead of time how much we would love it so we could have booked a longer stay."

"We loved it, really central. "

"Booked in for 3 nights only stayed 2. The cottage needs a deep clean desperately. The shower was absolutely filthy, the grouting was black and mouldy at the back of the taps was grimy. The shower head was grotty There were cobwebs on the beam in the bathroom Sofa had crumbs down the side and needed a good clean The radiator in the bedroom was full of dust - it has not been cleaned for years The blinds were dusty, cobweb on the mirror and skirting boards dusty Kitchen was clean Outside...
