Communication was great throughout, with quick and helpful responses to any questions I had. My only real "issue" - and it's barely an issue was that the room was very hot but the staff immediately provided fans on request. "The room was OK, but finding the hotel and finding the room within the hotel were both very difficult. They also asked for an additional card checking fee before check-in, though thankfully they waived this when we queried it. The remote check in made the start of the stay very stressful, but once we were in it was fine. There are some lovely period features in the property, but some of the paneling is actually wallpaper!"
