"COVID is no longer an issue. Rooms should be serviced daily without the need to have to ask for it on a daily basis. We loved our stay and the hotel is nice and staff is excellent. We did ask for service each day but it was not serviced daily. That i feel should change. Room should be serviced daily without having to ask for it."

"El Encanto is my favorite destination. It’s luxurious, friendly and down to earth. My husband and I are celebrating our ten year anniversary. This is where we had stayed when we got married and have made several returns since. The atmosphere and ambience never disappoints. And not to mention, the cuisine is phenomenal. I love this hidden gem nestled in the hills of Santa Barbara. "
