"The loft we stayed in was lovely however has a large spiral staircase to the bedroom so if you struggle with stairs not for you or if you need the bathroom it’s downstairs!! Other thing was terrible views from windows. All car parks or rooftop. Otherwise a lovely stay. Staff were friendly helpful and very customer focused. I think lovely female staff member called Kelsie was absolutely amazing and helpful in every way. She’s definitely a 5 star rating. Thank you for looking after us 🙏 Close to everything "

"Loved our stay here! Very clean and modern hotel. Great location for access to the convention centre and other locations in the city centre. Staff were very friendly and attentive,.going out of their way to answer any questions we had. The free breakfast was amazing with so many choices available. Enjoyed the bar area that had some great prices for happy hour. Overall a very enjoyable stay."

"Absolutely fabulous! Perfect location for easy trip to airport the following morning. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are newly decorated. The furniture in the room was beautifully thought out - sort of modern in a classic sort of way. Bathroom was compact but a lovely walk-in rainfall shower ( more like a tropical rainfall, it was so good 😃). There is a restaurant and bar on site, so great for an evening meal without having to travel anywhere. The manager, Tahna, is a gem. So friendly and helpful - a real asset. This hotel is a perfect option for anyone going to or from the airport. Loved our stay, even though just one night. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. "
