Very tidy room, whoever is cleaning is doing a great job. The hotel is in a great location close to tram and train station . Nice breakfast served. Staff very happy to help with any requests.

Always stay at the Holiday Inn when in Adelaide. Quiet, comfortable and always good. Desk area to work at. Can cast my shows to the TV. Free breakfast always handy.

The location was great. However on one of the mornings bacon was not on the menu. Who doesn't have bacon on the breakfast menu! That was disappointing. The staff were awesome and the room serviced daily. Clean and comfy.

Always a nice stay here. Upgraded to a king room with city view which was nice & very good value including a free brekky & car parking, which is right next door to the hotel. Location is so convenient for tram, shopping & restaurants. Staff are always so helpful & welcoming.

This is a unique location, it is walking distance to Rundle Mall and down a side street from Hindley Street, with a lot of clubs and bars in the area. Food-wise there is a Thai spot next door and a Betty's Burger nearby - with a Speakeasy Pizza spot hidden next to Bank Street that is worth a visit - would stay here again for the right price!
