"The room was very nice! It was clean, inviting and smelled wonderfully. The staff made a simple check even easier. But, honestly the best part of it all was the gentleman who helped me on Expedia. I believe his name was Sean? I hope that is right because it was 9:00 at night and he did such an incredible job of correcting a check in issue at the hotel we had booked. He not only found us a hotel close, but upgraded the hotel we would be staying in.. "
