I gave a 3 only because we were double charged and it locked our card and we had to use credit cards the rest of the trip. We did get reimbursed but the TV kept shutting off on its own and it wasn’t on a timer and the bed was super uncomfortable. The lady at the front did help get our money back and we appreciate that. The place was clean too. It was just rough sleeping annoying TV and financially burdening.
