The Strawberry Line Apartment – Spacious Comfort in Historic Wells
Located in the heart of Wells, the Strawberry Line Apartment combines modern comfort with historic charm — the perfect base for exploring England’s smallest city and its beautiful surroundings.
The apartment features a spacious open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, and integrated fridge, along with all necessary utensils and dining sets for up to six guests.
The comfortable living area offers a sofa, which can be extended into a double sofa bed, and a 55-inch smart TV — perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The dining area, framed by original iron beams and modern lighting, provides a lovely space to enjoy meals together.
Down the hallway, you’ll find two bedrooms and bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and hand basin.
Both bedrooms feature zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as two singles or combined to form a super-king-size double.
Please note: unless requested otherwise, one bedroom will be set up as a super-king and the other as a twin. If you would like a different setup, please inform us at least 48 hours before arrival.
Across from the apartment entrance, there is a private utility room for guest use, complete with a washing machine, tumble dryer, large fridge freezer, and an iron and ironing board.
The property includes free WiFi throughout and private parking for one car.
Sofa Bed:
The sofa bed will be prepared only for bookings of 5–6 guests. For groups of 4 guests or fewer, there is an additional charge if you would like it set up in advance, as extra bedding is treated as an additional guest. Please contact us to arrange this.

Strawberry line is within ten minutes` walk of Wells historic city centre with its well known High Street that has vast range of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The Wells Market Place has been a focal point of the City over the ages and still is today with a twice weekly market on Wednesday and Saturday selling local produce and goods. Just 2 minutes away you can also find Tesco Superstore.
The best way to get around the city is on foot - it is a flat 10 minute walk from the property into the centre of the city.
No parties.
No pets.
No smoking inside the property.
Please note that you are in the residential area, noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm.
Property must be left tidy and rubbish in the bin.
If you organise an unauthorised party you we’ll lose your deposit plus pay any damages made.
