"The pub side was pretty good, the staff were lovely and really friendly. A special note to the young blonde haired lady who was on reception when I checked in for my 2 night stay. She appeared to be very organised and hard working. The hotel was not as good as the pub. This is the second greene king hotel I have stayed in over the last few weeks. The room was very dated, lots of plug sockets but no USB chargers. TV on the wall was from the mid 2000s, again very dated. The lovely looking ‘sash’...

"Our group of 3 adults stayed in the family room and was happy with the hotel. The room and bathroom had plenty of space for the 3 of us. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable but for one night it was fine. The location of this hotel is great access for Kew gardens and Richmond area with such a nice area to walk around. The pub downstairs was lovely with great staff and delicious food. The street noise at night was a little loud on the first floor facing the street but didn’t bother us. Overall...
