"We came from Connecticut to spend the Memorial Day Weekend with our 13 year old daughter. This was our first time ever on the Cape. We enjoyed every minute of it! The house is great- exactly as posted and described and very clean and well equipped and everything is in working order. Kitchen and bathroom super good and clean and spacious. Nice family room and living room and two really nicely sized bedrooms. The owners are very easy to communicate with! The house is really in walking distance to the beach (easy walk no more than 10 minutes) which is really a very nice beach with opportunities for long walks. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and peaceful and clean. Ideal for getting away from the hustle and bustle. We loved every minute of our stay and we will back for sure. Highly recommended- you can’t go wrong with this house and the location. Close to restaurants and close to National Seashore and other attractions such as whale watching."

"Nicely updated little house was a great fit for me and my dog. Did not use the separate guest room which is basically a bed with washer/dryer next to it. Kitchen is great with new fridge, range, floor, cabinets, etc. Bath room is also nicely updated (love the skylight) but it is small. Not a criticism but more of a heads-up that the shower is very small. Location was fine by me. All sides of property are sheltered from neighbors with fencing & trees/shrubs. You can hear some traffic on the nearby Rt. 6, but it's tucked back enough to not be an issue. Outdoor shower looked amazing (big!) but I was there before the weather got hot enough to use it. Overall a very nice, quaint and super clean house. I'd go back."

"Don't expect the Ritz, but for a "beach house" it's on point. As the listing states, it's right on the water (bay of the ocean). The tide does go way out for several hours a day leaving just sand, but many seem to like to walk out there especially with their dogs. Appliances could use replacing, but they worked just fine. The furniture wasn't the most comfortable, but you also didn't need to stress over the dog which I find more important. We didn't spend much time sitting in front of the tv anyways. (There is also a tv & couch in the basement). As a previous review stated, the porch was a little splintery. So, we brought a large outdoor runner which I left for other's to use. Just need to remember to keep the chairs on top of it so it doesn't blow away. The location was perfect. It was far enough away from other houses that you get plenty of privacy. About 7 minutes away is a Cumberland Farms for gas & coffee. Orleans is about 15 minutes away & has Stop & Shop, more restaurants and stores. Wellfleet has a cinema & drive-in during the summer. We also visited Chatham, Provincetown & Hyannis all less than 35 minutes away with more shops, restaurants, beaches & mini-golf. Do your research before you go & you will not be bored. If you don't expect a renovated space, you will not be disappointed. It was relaxing & enjoyable. We will be back. :-)"

"Property is in a great location near the beach that has gorgeous sunsets and during low tide great for walks. Also easy access to Rt 6. House was very neat and clean, good size for the two of us and our pups. Lots of little extras, such as coffee, snacks, nice linens, etc that made us feel welcome and at home."

"The house was immaculate and exactly as pictured. Tara the host was so good about checking in to see if I needed anything and very responsive. I will definitely be staying here again!"
