"We came from Connecticut to spend the Memorial Day Weekend with our 13 year old daughter. This was our first time ever on the Cape. We enjoyed every minute of it! The house is great- exactly as posted and described and very clean and well equipped and everything is in working order. Kitchen and bathroom super good and clean and spacious. Nice family room and living room and two really nicely sized bedrooms. The owners are very easy to communicate with! The house is really in walking distance to the beach (easy walk no more than 10 minutes) which is really a very nice beach with opportunities for long walks. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and peaceful and clean. Ideal for getting away from the hustle and bustle. We loved every minute of our stay and we will back for sure. Highly recommended- you can’t go wrong with this house and the location. Close to restaurants and close to National Seashore and other attractions such as whale watching."

"Newlyweds from Texas, it was very clean and very accurate from the listing. A quiet, quaint, peaceful place to relax and enjoy each other. We loved the location and the things to do that were close by. We spent one night at a lighthouse at sunset. Lovely trip and place to stay. 5 stars."

"Don't expect the Ritz, but for a "beach house" it's on point. As the listing states, it's right on the water (bay of the ocean). The tide does go way out for several hours a day leaving just sand, but many seem to like to walk out there especially with their dogs. Appliances could use replacing, but they worked just fine. The furniture wasn't the most comfortable, but you also didn't need to stress over the dog which I find more important. We didn't spend much time sitting in front of the tv anyways. (There is also a tv & couch in the basement). As a previous review stated, the porch was a little splintery. So, we brought a large outdoor runner which I left for other's to use. Just need to remember to keep the chairs on top of it so it doesn't blow away. The location was perfect. It was far enough away from other houses that you get plenty of privacy. About 7 minutes away is a Cumberland Farms for gas & coffee. Orleans is about 15 minutes away & has Stop & Shop, more restaurants and stores. Wellfleet has a cinema & drive-in during the summer. We also visited Chatham, Provincetown & Hyannis all less than 35 minutes away with more shops, restaurants, beaches & mini-golf. Do your research before you go & you will not be bored. If you don't expect a renovated space, you will not be disappointed. It was relaxing & enjoyable. We will be back. :-)"

"We loved it- beds were comfortable for adults and teens, the screen porch was so relaxing and the outdoor kitchen was a showstopper! We perfected the pizza oven process and had a wonderful time! If there was one negative it is that the kitchen needs updating as does some of the furniture but that did not impact how much we enjoyed the stay and DelMar was responsive to any and all requests."

"Property is in a great location near the beach that has gorgeous sunsets and during low tide great for walks. Also easy access to Rt 6. House was very neat and clean, good size for the two of us and our pups. Lots of little extras, such as coffee, snacks, nice linens, etc that made us feel welcome and at home."
