"Return customer - group of older women. Having a place with a bunch of beds (and not bunk beds) is wonderful! Enjoyed that it was within walking distance of the beach. Plenty of parking. House is well worn and could use a good spring cleaning. Otherwise, it was very comfortable with plenty of room for our group. Everyone had a great time. "

The location is ideal, just a short distance from stunning beaches like Coast Guard and Nauset Light, and there are wonderful hiking trails nearby, such as Fort Hill, for exploring Cape Cod’s natural beauty. "Clean and had all we needed. The early checkout time and late checkin time are annoying. Loved the location and the house itself. The house was vacant the day before our stay and it took much effort with no response to try to move up checkin in only 2 hours. "

"The house is very nice, the deck is spacious, the yard is extensive. The furnishings are attractive. The listing indicates the presence of a laundry, but that does not exist. I suspect it may be VRBO listing that and the host not noticing. The WiFi was out, but a strong 5G phone signal worked for me."
