"We stayed in a Junior Suite with breakfast included. Check in was slow as there was only one member of staff in the level check in area at 1500 hours which is the advertised check in time. The room was large and as expected but was a little worn and we had no iron or ironing board which delayed us getting ready as had to wait for one being sent to the room.
